No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges After 30 Days

We value your business and strive to provide quality products and services. However, please note the following terms regarding our return policy:

General Return Policy

  1. 30-Day Return Period: We do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges after 30 days from the invoice date.
  2. Return Authorization: If you wish to return unused part(s) within 30 days, please call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Required Documentation: Include a copy of your original invoice with the returned part(s).
  4. Shipping: Merchandise must be sent prepaid. We do not accept Collect On Delivery returns.

Special Orders

  • Final Sale: All special order sales are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition.

Damage or Discrepancy Reporting

  • All damage or discrepancies with your order must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. To qualify for product reimbursement or replacement, you must provide clear pictures of the damaged product and its packaging. Please retain the product and all original packaging materials until the claim has been fully processed and resolved, as they may be required for inspection or return. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the denial of your claim.

Return Shipping

  • Incorrect Orders: If we mistakenly filled your order, we will email you a return shipping label.

Customer Responsibility

  • Unwanted or Incorrect Orders: If you do not want the item or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
